[Ayatana] New "branding-ubuntu" package allows for branding arbitrary graphics in a derivative friendly way

Fantastic idea!

How about creating a new background for games like AisleRiot or
perhaps even Nibbles? Changing the default green stripes to something
like: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_MOCs5B8LekE/SY2upfVIsuI/AAAAAAAAAIg/RpNdUEoVuW4/s1600-h/tiled_background_gray.jpg
that will look like this tiled:

I'm sure there's other places that could use some slick branding, but
I can't think of any. We could of course start the discussion of the
Nautilus trobber again.

Though only one version is needed, lot's of community artist will
probably want to submit suggestions to this project. Should we create
a wiki page for suggestions in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/Incoming/Karmic/
