Very good idea.

But I t should be difficult to apply. Many developers have not a paypal account.

I think Ubuntu/Canonical could launch the idea in the web and ask delelopers to compile a form with their data and a paypal account.

I want to know if there are any plans for having a Donate button for free software projects in Software Center 3.0 or 4.0?
