We have a way to add the menu items to the bottom for the various
account dialogs.  What we don't have is a way for the text field to go
to your "preferred social networking client."  It is certainly on the
TODO list to add that, but I don't believe it will get done for
Maverick.


Preferred Applications¹ is a tabbed GNOME settings dialog that needs some love, honestly.
A Wizard is probably too much, but the current implementation is that there is a category called "internet", which is useless if you ask me..
Useful would be something Use Case oriented, such as "VoIP" or "Messaging" or "Communications" for example. It is human-readable and describes a group of things that belong together.
Will Natty be a reasonable target release for this to work?
