That's not correct. The playback item has been specified since May.

I'm sorry!! I meant there's no general guidelines for designing horizontal menu elements in there..
Of course the playback item, as well as the other horizontally arranged set of controls in the sound menu (Output volume item) are well specced, certainly yes ;)
