[Bug 1669132] Re: openjdk should stop recommending gconf and other deprecated gnome2 stuff

  gconf has been deprecated for years and is not used in the Unity or
  GNOME desktops. Whatever settings openjdk is trying to look up there are
  probably invalid.
  
  Also, openjdk is just about the only thing (see also LP: #1667195) pulling several other deprecated libraries into main:
  gnome-vfs
  libbonobo
  libbonoboui
  libgnomecanvas
  libgnomeui
  
  Since all of these are merely recommends, it doesn't seem like they're
  even required.
  
  Debian has a patch for this and analysis. See
  https://bugs.debian.org/850268
  
- The other gconf-using packages in main are aisleriot (LP: #1669136) and
- emacs (LP: #1669138)
