Dear Maintainer,

Current openjdk doesn't seem to be compiled with flag POSIX 2008,
which seems to disable some features.

I'm not sure of the extent of disabled features, but what I did
notice is that File mtimes as reported by File#lastModified() only
have whole second resolution, which is a problem for me.

Would you consider compiling with POSIX 2008 please?
