[Bug 1499971] Re: Delete configuration and local files of app

If you remove an app and choose not to remove the settings+data:

1. What is the UI for accessing that data afterwards? If the answer is,
"there is none", what was the point?

2. What is the UI for removing the data later? If the answer is, "there
is none", then will your phone gradually fill with data left by apps
where you tapped the wrong button when removing them?

Bug description:
  Hello,
Suppose that we have XYZ app. It's used for offline navigation. And we have got 2 GB of maps in ~/.local/share/XYZ***/.
After few time we lost interest it that app and we uninstall it. Problem will appear when our device will be running out of space. In that time we figured out that we've got some offline maps in local folder. But if we don't remember where is it, we need to search it for a long while.
I think the best solution would be that one - while uninstalling procedure, OS will ask if we want to delete configuration and all other local files from ~/.local/share/XYZ***
  What do you think guys?
