Title:
  Sidebars have too little padding

Bug description:
  You can see this in either Nautilus or a GtkFileChooserDialog
  (screenshot attached).

  It looks to me that the padding is too small - the items are up
  against the left and top edge. I attached another screenshot under
  Adwaita where they are more spaced out, which looks better to me.
