Zim 0.73.4 and OS Windows: Terrible slow - any way to debug?

yep, any suggestions? I just tried a new notebook with four empty
pages:
Home
  Test1
    Test1_1
  Test2
    Test2_1

Especially switching between pages (via mouse) lasts ages (>5s). Can
I debug that behaviour in any way?

Is a problem since I use 0.7x!
