I imagine most of the DMIC stuff would go in the ASoC machine driver;
sound/soc/tegra/tegra_alc5632.c.
Depending on the HW, you might need some more platform data, regulator
definitions, etc. in the board files. But, I mostly suspect not.
I hacked up a test of the DMIC on NVIDIA's Seaboard platform a while
back. I just pushed it to the URL below; this might be useful.
