  I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 on Toshiba AC100 (ARM).

  It often happens that whenever I want to connect to another WiFi network
  through the menu of the applet, there is no reaction for very long time
  (10 mins, or for ever).

  NM doesn't react to disconnect and connect commands for WiFi networks
