[Bug 1250777] Re: Mouse cursor disappearing on boot
Yes, I can confirm, but I'm not sure if it has no side effects, because
I just renamed /etc/X11/xorg.conf.failsafe to /etc/X11/xorg.conf and
added
Option "HWcursor" "false"
Option "SWcursor" "true"
But the rest of the file is the same as xorg.conf.failsafe! I'm not sure
if it's correct.
And I don't know how make it better, beacuse
X -configure
fails. :-(

Title:
Mouse cursor disappearing on boot
Status in Enablement project for the Toshiba AC100 NetBook:
New
Bug description:
When I log-in into lubuntu 13.10 with kernel 3.8 (autologin for my
user is set) no mouse cursor is shown, but the mouse functionality is
in tact. After I switch to console (Ctrl+Alt+F2) and come back
(Alt+F7), the mouse cursor is visible.
