  xbacklight don't work on Toshiba ac100

Status in “xbacklight” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Clear 14.04 installation. Then xbacklight was installed (note:
  xbacklight is used by default in .config/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml as
  backlight control command).

  $ xbacklight
  No outputs have backlight property

  $ xbacklight -dec 10
  No outputs have backlight property
