This thread is pertaining to the persistent state for user management that
needs to be stored at the server.
Eg: User identification, Salt, Public key, Encrypted key pair, etc.
I don't think this needs to be complex, but a simple MySQL server should do.
The DB traffic should not be high and should be able to scale easily.

Right now, I haven't thought about more uses of the database, but it is
definitely a clean way to store information. (This is indeed a trivial
discussion IMHO)

Thoughts?
