Workaround: file opens in Evince, just needs switching sidebar from "Thumbnails" to "Attachments"!

  assertion `GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed

   ** (acroread:10998): CRITICAL **: atk_object_set_role: assertion
  `ATK_IS_OBJECT (accessible)' failed
