Please find attached a patch which should order Toolbox entities in a sane
manner. For example, without this patch the trigonometry functions are
displayed in essentially a random order, but with the patch the first
displayed is sin, then cos, ...
Patched and pushed.

By the by, there's recent pushes rewiring the directory structure - I'm
guessing you've picked up on that as the XML defs ended up in the right
place, but if not, you may want to make sure your branch matches.
