For consistency, I updated the splash and details file to 0.3.1. That
makes it Armagh, technically, as Downpatrick is the 0.4.x series. It
seems a little odd having Downpatrick Cathedral titled "Armagh" but I
suspect very few people will notice and I really don't have time to
change it to Armagh Planetarium or something right now :)
What do you reckon with the "Conference Pre-release" note - sufficient
warning, necessary, garish? Easy to tone down - thoughts welcome.
