step 7
I have only master and PCM+other but none of the others (front,surround,
center,...)
step 8
I dont have headphones but cant hear any sound at all
step 9: no dual boot. sound working on windows and original virtual machine
on ubuntu 18.04 before upgrading to 20.04.
step 10
i dont have a gnome-volume-control  command
