Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I get a very reliable kernel panic when unplugging the USB sound
adapter of Logitech G330 USB headphones/headset. I have not managed to
get my hand on the actual trace as it shows up in none of the logs.

But I did grab a pics of the panic screen.

To reproduce, just unplug the headset and it will panic immediately every time.
