DONE:
- since there has been so much new code introduced recently, I rewrote the
service (part of the SyncDaemon), everything is event and StateManager
driven
- partial Action Queue impl.
- components integration - I can say things are shaping up, but there's
still much work with AQ implementation/porting and service-application
integration

TODO:
- continue with AQ and ActionQueueCommands, integration

BLOCKED:
No.

Pushed rev27 and rev28, but it's a battle ground ATM for anyone branching
it. I advise patience.
