DONE:
- improved event details transport in EventQueue
- optimize sync alarms by optional re-scheduling on user activity
- wake & wifi locks during service presence, service shutdown on «back»
button or timeout (90 secs, to be discussed)
- marking folders syncable (recursive)
- some source clean-up

Now that was productive!

TODO:
- aggregated volumeNewGenerationCallback's appliance
- make sync logic use AQC commands (current logic in SyncManager)
- implement storage management
