      [core] Remove Container::getref(), setref(), and addref()
      
      In PHP 5 object instances are passed by reference by
      default, so we don't need this anymore. (And if you were
      (ab)using this feature for regular variables, this is a good
      time to clean up your evil code. Ha!)
