I found a bug. For example when I set it NOT to be on top of other
windows it still stays on top. So I can't use it at all. Sorry about
reporting bug like this, but couldn't find another way in Launchpad.

Ubuntu 10.10, w/o  Compiz (eg 3D desktop)
