Brian Murray has proposed merging lp:~brian-murray/apport/apport-escalation-subscription into lp:apport.

The ubuntu-bugcontrol isn't actively processing the mail regarding bugs that are escalated to them and the volume of mail is distracting from regular discussions on the mailing list.  Instead we'll use the bugpattern-needed tag to identify bugs that need a bug pattern.
