Message #00010
Updates and Upcoming...
Ok, let hope third times a charm... as I have tried twice already to
post this to the apt-zeroconf list. :/

Hello Team...
Thought I would give an update and get some opinions. I would like to
create a 1.5.0 release branch for this code base to hold our first
release very soon. AZC has come quite aways in just a few short weeks.
* doc strings for most of its code
* a test suite using py.test, thanks to Niel
* improved proxy and page coverage on its server
* new daemon module
* many other improvements and corrections
Our release branches will be feature frozen. Release packages will be
based from their respective branch. Feedback from our user-base will
help guide us with future improvements to AZC. Bugs will be fixed in
affected branches, but any feature requests will be applied in Trunk.
I would appreciate your feedback on this plan and then your assistance
to make it happen. An important item will be getting apt-zeroconf_1.5.0
into the repositories of Debian and Ubuntu. Above all don't be afraid to
ask questions as you dig in and help us with AZC.
