Bug description:
The lp:~inspirated/arsenal/fix-debian branch has been packaged and uploaded at the Arsenal PPA for Karmic along with the latest python-launchpadlib-toolkit. The results are logged in the karmic-log.tar.gz attachment, which shows a vanilla karmic installation using the PPA to install both packages and then using send-attachments-upstream.py (which in turn is dependent on lpltk as well).
