Hi

I'd like to start discussion on how to get new scripts into Arsenal as 
it is currently not totally clear. Especially since the 1.0/2.0 
reorganisation is going on.

We have a script that gathers bugs for the uTouch projects, which we 
would want to get running automatically. Currently it creates its own 
HTML output, because its output is slightly different than existing scripts.

Here are the questions I have:

- What needs to be done to get it to run automatically?
- Should it go to Arsenal 1.0 or 2.0?
- How strictly does it need to adhere to the current architecture (that 
has a separate formatter script)?
