Hi,

Just bought an UL30JT. Installed ubuntu, no problems. Ran updates and
rebooted, no problems. Installed restricted driver for the nvidia card
and rebooted. Result is a black screen.
I also cannot switch to TTY1-6 using control+alt+F1...
Recovery mode gives a few lines of text and then ends up with the same
black screen. I would revert to the normal drivers if I could someow
get to a terminal.
Any ideas?
