Inspecting the docs I found this mentioned in the Description section
for GDBusProxy. So it's actually documented, just not where you'd
expect it :-)

I can see why one would maybe not want this in general, but adding a
new GDBusProxyFlags value G_DBUS_PROXY_FLAGS_WATCH_NAME_OWNER could
make sense...
