Review: Disapprove design

Someone can't be expected to know, for example, that the reason Dallas TX has temporarily disappeared from their clock menu is that they are currently in Madison WI.

The original problem of London showing twice would be fixed by following the specification: showing in the menu those locations, and only those locations, that are listed in the Locations window.
