  Background process runs even in sleep

Status in BackSlash Linux:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Either we shut down our screen(log off) or put the backslash on sleep,
  background processes seem still to be running in full mode which makes
  cpu very hot. kindly do the needful on sleep mode
