Merge of the banking and reconciliation series on GitHub

Hi,

sorry for stating the obvious, but I think the move to GitHub for 8.0
would be the perfect opportunity to merge the two main series of Banking
Addons. Anyone know how to do that in the way that the OpenERP projects
were merged, preserving all the individual commits?
