answering in English, as it is the common language of the bugtracker.
You say that you made the January period an opening period. That causes
the error that you describe. It is indeed no longer possible in recent
versions of OpenERP to mix the opening entry with regular entries as
there is only one entry allowed in the opening period. By default,
OpenERP creates an opening period for each new year on January 1st. As
opening periods are allowed to overlap with regular periods this does
not cause any problems.

Setting status of this bug report to 'invalid' as per the above.

Title:
  No period found covering statement

Status in OpenERP Banking Addons:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I use OpenERP 6.1 with the last updated, bank addons ING bank.

  Only for the month January 2013, I get the following error report,
  during processing of the bank statement:

  “No period found covering statement date 2013-01-30 00:00:00, statement 2013w04 
  skipped”.

  Processing transactions for the month February works fine.
