To me, the 'Autocompletion' could be a workflow state.
However, it is may be not relevant to create this state since autocompletion ca be automatised (check box in profile) or simply bypassed. 

More over, if you decide click on this button, it must be before the validation of the bank statement. 

...so it make sens to me to put it at this place (as a worklow button) even we do not create the state (but this can be discussed)

In the end, the most important is to hide this button after validation.
