Well, first of all the rule is that a couple of people need to approve the code, which didn't happen up to now.
Then there is Stefan's comment about tag 86.

Further, a refactoring of all mt940-based addons to use a single mt940 parser would be great, but I wouldn't see that as a requirement for a merge.
