  'account_statement_base_completion' must depend of
  'account_statement_base_import'

Status in OpenERP Banking Addons:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In the bank-statement-reconcile-70 branch, the list of dependencies of account_statement_base_completion doesn't include 'account_statement_base_import'
  The dependency is required since the method 'button_auto_completion' in the class 'AccountBankSatement' defined in statement.py call the method '_update_line'  at line 513 on a StatementLine instance. This method is defined in the account_statement_base_import module..
