Bug description:
  To reproduce:

  - install account_statement_cancel_line
  - install account_statement_base_import
  - create a profile
  - import a statement

  You get an error about a missing field "state". Note: the field was
  added by the account_statement_cancel_line module, and it does have a
  _defaults value set.
