Title:
  SEPA information from ING CSV not imported

Status in OpenERP Banking Addons:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Payments from or to accounts outside The Netherlands are not imported
  correctly - the IBAN/BIC information is in the description field but
  not imported into OpenERP. Also for local account numbers the number
  is not directly visibile in OpenERP when imported.

  The IBAN and BIC numbers can be easily retrieved from the description
  field because it contains "IBAN: " and "BIC: ".

  If no account number is imported, then OpenERP defaults to 0000000000.
  If the button "Link partner" is used this account number will be
  assigned to this contact. From now on, all payments without a bank
  account (including "PIN-betalingen" for example) are coupled to this
  account.
