Status in BaShare, an easy to use http server with a gui: New

Bug description:
When I set the band to 2000 the program sets back to 1000. (And the speed stay at 800KB/s and never goes above)
I use Ubuntu 9.10. In the previous release(9.04) not appeared this bug.

Bashare version: 4.2 (the bug appeared in ubuntu deb package and the compiled source too)
