Fixes for this have been released: the cleanup script is still running
though, so there might be older pofiles which still exhibit this
problem, but they will be fixed in the following days.

Bug description:
The special string "translator-credits" cannot be manually translated. It would be marked as "translated", but it is marked as "untranslated", what means percentage < 100%.
