AFAIK the cleanup script was still running before the the Holiday break.
We will have to check if there are still packages remaining to be done
or if the bug really persists.

Bug description:
The special string "translator-credits" cannot be manually translated. It would be marked as "translated", but it is marked as "untranslated", what means percentage < 100%.
