Thanks, you have done a great work!
I can see that your work is focused on how to implement the ranking
algorithm instead of the algorithm itself (ie how to calculate the
ranking). This is a good thing for now since we still have to decide
where to take the starting set or "neutral_results".
I'd happy to see your work on our wiki [1] because it will help us to
work together quickly. Also, according to our new (and cool) draft of
Project Organization [2] I ought to register a new specification and I
need a page on the wiki.
Of course, if you have doubts or questions, feel free to ask here.
