  New charm: Apache Pig

Bug description:
  Apache Pig is a platform for analyzing large data sets that consists
  of a high-level language for expressing data analysis programs,
  coupled with infrastructure for evaluating these programs.

  We've had apache-pig in development for about six months now and it
  feels solid enough to put up for review.  Big Data charmers need to
  review the current state of this charm and verify its readiness for
  the charm store.  The associated bundle, apache-analytics-pig, should
  also make its way into the store.
