Hi all!

Today I rolled out the new Bileto publish job, which completes the
parallelization / jenkins removal work I've been doing for the last
few months. What this means:

* the new PPAs 81 through 100 should now be publishable

* publishing looked really good in staging but hasn't actually had a
successful production run so if you're the lucky first person to
publish you might find a problem. In particular, the publish job is
prone to claiming it worked and then failing silently in the
background so if you publish and the status doesn't say either
'UNAPPROVED queue' or 'Proposed pocket' after 20 minutes, do let me
know and I'll investigate.

* I'm now free to begin implementing the long-awaited git support, so
look for that soon! (maybe a couple weeks from now)
