  Clicking navigation button should scroll to top of page

Bug description:
  If the user has scrolled far down under Home or Mentions or Direct
  Messages or Profile, clicking the navigation button for the current
  feed should scroll the feed back to the top.

  Example:

  Scroll Home to bottom of page

  Click Home to scroll back to top of page
