  Make proper 48- and 64-pix icons

Bug description:
  Instead of just providing a single scalable icon, Birdie should
  provide multiple icons optimized visually for the most important
  sizes. That means providing a 48-pix (dock-sized) and a 64-pix
  (launcher-sized) icon with proper stroke weights.
