Title:
  Display my avatar and username on the Account tab

Bug description:
  On the Twitter apps for iOS and Android, the first thing displays on
  the Account page is my Avatar (surrounded by what looks like a 4px
  white border).

  Below the avatar is my real name (in bold)
  below that is my @ name

  I've attached a screenshot of Twitter for Android for reference
