Bug description:
  Currently only one size of icon (128x128) is included. In keeping with
  the rest of the elementary icon set and to reduce jaggy edges and
  blurriness on the icon (when scaled for plank and slingshot) simpler,
  lower detail versions in sizes 16x16, 32x32, 48x48, and 64x64 are
  required.
