Something is setting a padding when there should be 0. I'm not sure what
the problem is.

I'm going to move to the 4.0 milestone and we'll catch it in the
rewrite.

Bug description:
  Fav and Retweet badges appear to be 2px or so away from the corner of
  tweets. They should be nestled all the way in the corner.
