  Fav and Retweet badges don't show up immediately

Bug description:
  Fav and Retweet badges don't appear immediately after I press the
  button. It seems that they wait for something (maybe confirmation from
  the server, I don't know). It makes it feel like Birdie is non-
  responsive.
